Who we are

Lockdin is booking software for barbershops and tattoo studios, run by Fluent. These terms are between Fluent and the shop owner who signs up. Questions go to [email protected].

Free trial and card

Every account starts with a free trial. The length of the trial is shown at signup. A card is required to start the trial.

When your card is charged

Your card is charged for your plan and your seats on the date shown at signup, along with the exact amount.

Cancelling

You can cancel in one tap from billing. If you cancel before the charge date shown at signup, you are not charged. If you cancel after, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Failed payments and pause

If a payment fails, your booking page stays live for 7 more days. After that the page shows "Booking paused" and the staff app becomes read-only. We keep your data for 90 days, and you can reactivate from billing.

Your duties for client data

The clients in your shop are your clients. You decide what you collect about them and you are responsible for using it lawfully. Use client names, phone numbers and notes only to run your shop.

SMS consent

Shop clients: by booking an appointment, you agree to receive appointment texts from the shop's number. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Shop owners: you receive verification codes and account texts from Lockdin's number.
