Questions about the trial and billing

How does cancelling work?: Cancel in one tap from billing. If you cancel before day 14, you are not charged. If you cancel after, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens at day 14?: On day 14, your card is charged for your plan and your seats. The exact date and amount are shown before you start your trial.
What does paused mean?: If a payment fails, your booking page stays live for 7 more days. After that it shows "Booking paused" and the staff app becomes read-only. Your data is kept for 90 days, and you can reactivate any time from billing.
